COVID-19 disease is associated with a hypercoagulable state with acute inflammatory changes, as well as micro-thrombotic phenomena, favoring the appearance of potentially lethal events, mainly venous thromboembolic events, but also arterial thrombosis, which leads to increased morbidity and mortality of patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection. We report the case of a patient who developed a triad of thrombotic phenomena, after an episode of COVID-19 pneumonia.
