FOCUS AND SCOPE
Publication of the Peruvian Society of Internal Medicine, [(founded on November 28, 1964 and affiliated with the International Society of Internal Medicine (ISIM)], aimed at disseminating medical scientific information related to Internal Medicine and its subspecialties.
Periodicity of the journal
The Journal of the Peruvian Society of Internal Medicine is published quarterly.
Access Policy
The magazine's articles are published under Creative Commons licenses that allows:
- Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
- Adapt — remix, transform and build from the material for any purpose, even commercially.
Under the following terms:
- Attribution — You must give credit appropriately, provide a link to the license, and indicate whether changes have been made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in such a way as to suggest that you or your use are supported by the licensor.

Policies on avoiding plagiarism
Plagiarism of content and images from other sources in articles submitted for publication is prohibited. Any attempt to plagiarism, or this task, that is detected will be reported to the Ethics Committee of your institution and the Medical College of Peru. All articles will be subjected to a program for the detection of similarity of texts, e.g. Turnitin.
